As a virtual consultant she increased revenue for Body Challenge Fitness Center in Philadelphia by 64% and by 8-10% in subsequent years. Increasing revenue as well analyzing businesses strategies, structure, market share, and outside factors that impact businesses is her strength. Her experience spans several industries; solar (renewable energy), medical, health care, state and federal programs/contracts, fitness, and several more. One of her many accomplishments was serving as on-site consultant to advance the successful decentralization initiative in Doha, Qatar.
Prior to taking the plunge as a business owner/entrepreneur, Esther was the former Leased Parking and Commuter Service Manager in the finance department for Police, Security, and Outside Services at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH). In that role, Esther managed all facets of the employee parking program and supervised three employees who were responsible for the day-to-day employee parking operations and revenue recording. In addition, she administered the MBTA pass program for MGH and Massachusetts General Physician Organization (MGPO), the largest in the state. She developed, implemented, and communicated all Commuter Service Programs to the MGH community. Esther redesigned and automated the process for the parking waitlist as well parking validations.
